Not many under $240 if at all when it comes to a “outdoor” pool. I would go with Embassy Suites North End property. 102 North End Avenue, New York, New York, USA 10282 Tel:212-945-0100 Fax:212-945-3012 . Might be alittle higher, like $10 – $40 more but its on the water and the views are soothing. Even on a low floor… Thats what makes it nice. As long as your facing the water the view is just as nice. Cant get that anywhere in Manhattan. Your very close to Century21, Daffys, and Filenes Basement. Where you will find all the brands you referred too…One catch, the only outdoor pool is the hudson river and you wont be able to swim in it but you will enjoy the boats and ships passing on it lol..

I guess in an effort to put a dent on the city deficit *ahem* the Dept of Consumer Affairs has issued $200 fines to nine stores in both boroughs. This was based on a law enacted in 2008 that prevents store owners from leaving their doors open on hot sweltering days hoping to lure consumers with cool air conditioning. The law really tackles energy conservation while curtailing this marketing tactic. Stores such as DSW, Filenes Basement and Armani Exchange were fined. The Bronx stores that took a hit were Jimmy Jazz and V.I.M.
Ummm DCA you collected a mere $1800.00. During a recessive economy stores do what they must to stay open, keep people employeed and vendors paid. Now, cool it! Haha, for more on this article click here.
